The english language pages are not yet ready.

Currently, I'm working on the PHP4-scripts which will handle the user settings and the appearance of the pages (with or w/o frames etc.). If the german language part is up and working, the 'eng' version will come up soon.

to do: a link to switch between languages at each page (if there is a translation available).

Please don't forget: I'm trying to have the 'accessible' (aka 'no frames, no javascript') pages most up-to-date. Everything else is just for your comfort (and reduction of network traffic - using frames eliminates the need for navigational elements on the content pages).
